About Us

Growing up, I was fascinated by the smell and taste of freshly roasted coffee beans and as a young adult I always appreciated how coffee brings people together for conversation and connection. As my passion for coffee has grown, in 2022, I decided to share my love of coffee by creating and roasting unique blends for all tastes. My wife Traci, our daughter Emma, and I live in Paradise, TX where each batch of coffee is freshly roasted to order.

Why "Crossrail Coffee"?

In English riding, a crossrail is a jumping element consisting of two rails, one end of each rail rests on the ground and the other is raised and set in the jump cup, forming an “X” between the two standards. It is at the center point where the two rails meet that the optimal jumping spot exists.

Watching Emma's passion for English horse riding and her pursuit of Olympic glory in English equestrian riding has sparked a passion for perfection in our endeavor to bring you a fresh, flavorful cup of coffee.
